Unique Marriage
Introduction
I have told you all a lot in so many articles,
but today you will get to read something like this, you have hardly got to read this article
anywhere else. Today I will talk about an incident of Mithila, which is not a hundred, 200, or 1000
years or 1 era, but 2 eras ago, that is, this incident happened in Treta Yuga. Today I want to tell
you about such a marriage, which you may have heard, but do read this entire article once. In this,
you will learn about the traditions and customs of Mithila. I say very clearly that this is not a
caste-based marriage, this is an example of Varna-based marriage, which has happened in history.
Ram cannot be imagined without Mithila because this Mithila is the birthplace and "karmabhoomi" of
Sita. It was here that Pahun Ram got married to sister Sita. How their unique marriage happened
according to the culture of Mithila, you will know in this story/history. I will tell such a thing
in this story which you would not have heard in any Ramayana because such a story is not described
in Ramayana. Ramayana describes only and only the character of Ram. Only the people of Mithila can
tell about some secrets related to Sita. I am a youth from Mithila. See I know that if you are from
Ayodhya then you will know about the culture there, if you are from somewhere else then maybe you
will know about the culture there, but if you want to know about the culture of Mithila then you
have to read it carefully. This marriage will be the marriage of Sita and her niece Yo, daughter of
Rajshree Janak, with Rama and his brothers.
NOTE
This is Shri Sitaram Vivah Mahotsav, so enjoy, read and share. I have divided it into three parts because it is not impossible to cover it all in this article which is why I have divided it into 3 parts.
