Introduction

The vow taken by Maharaj Janak now was the time to execute it. Maharaja Janak announced all around that the one who bows Shiva's bow will marry my daughter Sita. The whole country abroad or news reached the court of kings and the sage's hermitage. When kings and princes from different places came to participate in this "swayamvara" meeting, all the receivers also came to offer their blessings. Here a message also came to the sage Vishwamitra and he also reached Mithila with Rama and Lakshmana. Sri Rama killed the demonic Tarika on the way and freed Ahilya, the wife of sage Gautama. Rama and Lakshmana went to Mithila as the servants or disciples of Maharishi Vishwamitra. Upon his arrival in Mithila, King Janak felicitated and welcomed Maharishi Vishwamitra with respect.

Flower garden leela

In the morning sage Vishwamitra was going to worship. He ordered Rama and Lakshmana to arrange flowers. Rama and Lakshmana went to the flower garden to arrange flowers. There Sita had come with some friends to collect flowers for worship gauri. At the same time, Sita and Rama's first meeting takes place in Phulwari, and they both keep looking at each other.

Tulsidas ji describes the Garden meeting of Rama and Sita in this way, that is, Tulsidas ji has said something like this in the song rhythm of Sitaram's first meeting.  

sumiri siy narad bachan upaji priti punit.
chakit bilokati sakal disi janu sisu mrigi sabhit ॥ 229॥

The meaning of this verse is something like this.
A pure love arose in Sita's mind by remembering Narada's words.
She is looking at everything in amazement, Mrignayana (Eyes like deer) is looking here and there.       

When the friends saw Sita ji Parvash (lovingly), everyone got scared and said – It is too late. (must run now). I will come again tomorrow, saying that a friend laughed at himself. Sitaji was shocked to hear this mysterious word of Sakhi. It was late, he was afraid of his mother. After much patience, she brought Shri Ramchandra ji into her heart and (while meditating on him) returned to knowing herself as her father. Then by making a soft ink of supreme love, he painted his form on the wall of his beautiful mind. Sitaji again went to Bhavani's temple, worshiped her feet, and said with folded hands. O Parvati, the daughter of Himachal's king of the best mountains! Jai Ho Jai Chakori, who looks at the moon in the face of Mahadevji! O mother of elephant-faced Ganesha and six-faced Swamikartikji, Glory to you! O Jagajnani! O body with a body as brilliant as lightning! We salute you! Sita worships Gauri. Girija ji blessed Sita ji with a garland.

Gauri Pujan

Sita performs Gauri Pujan. Knowing that Shiva's bow was hard, she went away carrying a black image of Shri Ramji in her heart. (Remembering the hardness of Shiva's bow, she was worried about how this sweet Raghunathji would break it, the memory of the father's vow caused anger in her heart, so she started lamenting. This happened, then as soon as she remembered the power of her Lord, she became happy and went away with a black image in her heart.) When Lord Shri Ramji came to know the mine of happiness, affection, beauty, and virtues of Shri Janakiji, then making soft ink of supreme love, he painted her form on the wall of his beautiful mind. Sitaji again went to Bhavaniji's temple and worshiping her feet, folded her hands and said, O Parvati, daughter of Himachal, the king of the best mountains! Hail Hail Chakori, who beholds the moon in the form of Mahadevji's face! O mother of elephant-faced Ganesha and six-faced SwamiKartikji, hail you! O Jagajjnaani! O body with a body as bright as lightning! Hail thee!

Tulsidas ji expresses this wish in a very interesting way.

Manu Jaahin Raacheu Milihi so Ba Sahaja Sundara Saanvaro ।
Karuna Nidhaan Sujaan Se Sanehu Jaanat Raavaro ॥ 6 ॥
Ehi Bhaanti Gauri Asees Suni S Sahita Hiyan Harashi Ali ।
Tulsi Bhavaanihi Pooji Puni P Mudit Man Mandir Chalee ॥ 7 ॥
Jaani Gauri Anukool, Siya Hiya Harashu Na Jaye Kaheen ।
Manjula Mangala Moola, Bam Anga Pharkana Lage ॥ 8 ॥

The meaning of this verse is something like this.

In whom you have set your mind, you will get the same handsome man (Shri Ramchandraji) by nature. He is a treasure of mercy and omniscient and knows your humility and affection. Thus hearing the blessings of Shri Gauri ji, the hearts of all friends including Janki ji became happy. Tulsidasji says- Sitaji returned to the palace with a happy heart after repeatedly worshiping Bhavani. The happiness that Sitaji felt on knowing Gauriji is favorable, cannot be said. The roots of the beautiful mandalas began to flutter on their left limbs.
