"अपन बियाह भगेल त जे कमला"
“Apan biyaah bhagel ta jay Kamalaa”
Don't waste others if your work is done

“बाप के नाम साग-पात पुत के नाम परोर”
“Baap ke naam saag-paat put ke naam paror“
It seems that "the son is smarter than the father.

“जेकरा ल्या कनलौ तेकरा आखि मे नोरे नै”
“Jekara lya kanalau tekara aaikh me nor nai”
For whom I cried, he/she does not care. 

“अनकर चाउर दाइल अनकर घी हमरा परस मे जाइय कि “
“Ankar chaur dail, ankar ghee, hamara parsa me jaiya ki “
When a person does not want to eat anymore in the Feast, then forcefully give him more.

“मुनि माय, मुनि माय, किछ नै खाय टुके टुके रोटी अढाइ टा खाय”
“Muni may, muni may, kich nai khay tuk tuke roti aadhai ta khay”
When we went to Feast, there was no good Feast or a useless meal.       

“खीरा खा क पेनी तीत”
“Kheera kha ka peni teet”
To get any one thing done well and in the end become badly.

“अन्हरा गांव मे कन्हा राजा”
“Anhara Gaon me Kanha Raja”
If the person representing the illiterate has read a little, he understands that no one is more educated than me.

“हजमा मैर गेल त हजमिनिया कहे अब के नगरि मुरिहे गे माय”
“Hajma mair gel ta hajminiya kahe ab ke nagari murihe gaye may”
Do not think about what harm is done to someone else and what harm will be done to others by this.।

“भुसकौल विद्यार्थी के गत्ता मोट”                                                          “Bhuskaul vidharthi ke gatta Mott”
The student who does not read the book, how will his book be old and its cover will remain the same.

“कुटनी पीसनि के एक बखरा आ बैसल बिलाइ के तीन बखरा"
“Kutni Pesni ke ek bakhra aa Baisal Bilai ke teen bakhra”
The one who has prepared the food should not eat it, but the one who has not prepared the food should go and eat it first and not even think whether it is left for him.

“बहिरा नाचे अपने ताले”
“Bahira nach apane tale”
Don't listen to anyone else and do whatever he wants And whether he knows the issue or not, what is going on.

“झरकल मुह झपनहि सुन्दर”
“Jharkal Muh Jhapnahi sunder”
If you have any bad qualities then don't tell others.

“अङ्का धन लया चोर काने”
“Aka Dhan Laya Chor Kane”
Hope for the property of others that I should also get.

“मुर्ख के धन भजाइछै त कबिलाहा उपास नै परै छै”
“murkh ke dhan bha jaai xai tab kabilaha upas nai parai chhai”
When a fool gets (Uneducated) rich, a capable person (Educated) never stays hungry, doing something or the other, he can earn money from that fool.

“पाइ नै कौरि उतान भेल छौरि”
“Pai Nai Kori Utaan Bhel Chhori”
There is no money and talk about spending money or talk about spending uselessly.

"घर मे पकैछै कुर्थि रोटी , बाहर सुखबै छै जोरा धोती"
"Ghar me pakai chhai Kurthi roti ,Bahar sukhbai chai jora dhoti "
Financial condition is bad at home but outside there is a lot of pretenses that I am rich.

"पेट मे खर्ह नै सींग मे तेल"
"pet me khar nai sing me tel"
Whether to eat or not The dress should be good.

"भरल हाथ लाठी आब काज करत के"
"bharal haath lahathi aab kaaj karat ke"
At the time of work, when girls go to do makeup.

"भरल पुरल दाई छै ता घुरि घुरि आबे सब"
"Bharal puaral dai chhai ta ghuir ghuir aabe sab"
Someone has everything (economically strong) people go to him again and again.

“हर बहे से खर्ह खाय बकरी अचार”
“Har bahe se kharh khay bakari achaar “
The one who earns by working hard should eat good food (hotel-made) in his house and the one who earns it should not eat food good food (general).

“हाथी चले बाजार कुता भुके हजार”
“Haathi chale bazar kutta bhuke hazar”
People will keep on talking, let them speak, do your work.

"जतेके बहु नै तते के लहठी"
"Jateke Bahu nai Tate Ke Lahi"
To spend more on something that it should be spent on.

"चल नै आबे त अंगने टेढ"
"Chala nai abe ta angne tedh"
If you do not know how to drive anything, then it says that it is bad.

"ओझा लेखे गाम तबाह गाम लेखे ओझा तबाह"
"Ojha Lekhe Gaam Tabah Gaam, Lekhe Ojha Tahabah" You are restless for us and we are restless for you.

“अन्हार घर साँपे साँप”
“Anhara ghar me sape sap”
Fear (suspicion)of something that is not known.
