Sesame, puffed rice, and Chura laddoos
When

In
Mithila, pudding laddus are called murlai and chura laddus are called churlai
and sesame laddus are called tilwa. Sesame laddus are made by mixing jaggery in

The
first trick has to be cooked on low flame for some time. Until it goes into a
semi-liquid state. After that ginger is crushed in it. Before it is frozen,
that jaggery is kept in puffed rice and after that it is made into a big shape
like laddu. They are also done with sesame seeds and chura.

There
are many benefits of eating khichdi. Khichdi made of pulses, rice, vegetables
and spices is very tasty and nutritious, which gives energy and nutrition to
the body. This allows all the nutrients to be obtained simultaneously. Even

are many benefits of eating sesame. Eating laddus of spleen is very beneficial
