Method of Preparing Biriya

Soak the dal and keep it for 4 to 5 hours, otherwise, you can keep it in water overnight. You can take bathua or khesari ka saag in the same proportion as you want to make. The soaked greens have to be dried in the sun for about 3 to 4 hours, that is, they can be dried even between 10 and 4 o'clock. If you do not want, you can dry it for half an hour, it does not have much effect. If you have used urad instead of urad dal, then if you have taken white urad or black urad you have to take out its peel and keep it in a place and grind it with the help of a grinder or with the help of grinding stone. Dip the Vigna Mungo dal which you have in a long or round shape and do not let it get too wet you can make it one by one. You can dry it for four-five days or ten days, if dried properly then it will be completely formed.  This is how you can prepare it.

 

How can we eat it

Just like you make a normal potato curry, prepare it by adding mustard seeds. Put mustard in it, that means you do not have to pour it from above, you have to fry some potatoes. After that, the aricoche has to be roasted. As you cook it by adding mustard, it will taste very tasty and once you eat this Mithila dish, you will feel like eating it again and again.
